Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund at any time before the product is shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
After Shipment: Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. Please refer to our returns and refunds policy for more details on how to return your order after it has been delivered.
Refund Policy

- Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product does not meet the description or quality standards as expected.
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned unused, in its original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Refund Process:
- If your return is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to get credited in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds are not granted for products that are damaged or not in original condition (e.g., used, opened, or without original packaging).
Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Products on sale or promotional items may not be eligible for refunds, unless required by law or under specific circumstances.
Return Process
Returning Products:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Please ensure the returned product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 24 hours photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund as per your preference, once the return is processed.
Order Modifications
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or updated. Please double-check your order details before completing the purchase. If you notice any errors, please contact us immediately and we will assist you if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
